Kenneth Armstrong Dies in Motorcycle Accident near River Boulevard and Bernard Street

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (April 23, 2024) — Kenneth Armstrong died in Sunday’s motorcycle accident near River Boulevard and Bernard Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal motorcycle accident happened around 4:30 p.m. in East Bakersfield. For an unknown reason, 59-year-old Kenneth Lee Armstrong lost control of his northbound motorcycle. Subsequently, his Honda motorcycle crashed into a raised curb edge before hitting two traffic signal boxes and a street sign.
 
Soon after, paramedics arrived and found the motorcyclist on the road after having been ejected. Due to his severe condition, he passed away not long after.
