Two-Vehicle Accident on Highway 14 in Mojave Kills 1 Driver and Passenger

 
MOJAVE, CA (November 10, 2022) – Jaiden William Moore and Alyssa Rene Miller died in a two-vehicle accident in Mojave late Tuesday evening, November 8.
 
The fatal crash happened around 11:15 p.m. at the intersection with Backus Road. CHP officials said Moore, 21 years old, was driving his car when he collided with another vehicle.
 
Moore was killed in the accident. 22-year-old Miller, who was a passenger in the other vehicle, also died.
 
Both victims were Boron residents, according to the Kern County Coroner’s Office
 
It is unclear if there are other injuries sustained in the crash. It is also unknown if speed, drugs or alcohol played a factor.
 
Further investigation is underway.
