Woman on Bicycle Dies after Struck by Hit-and-Run Vehicle on Arcade Boulevard in Sacramento

 
SACRAMENTO, CA (November 10, 2022) – A bicyclist died in a hit-and-run crash at Arcade Boulevard and Kenwood Street in North Sacramento area on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The fatal crash happened just after 4:36 p.m. on November 9 near Haggins Oaks Golf Complex. According to the Sacramento Police Department, the female bicyclist was struck by a vehicle in the area.
 
After hitting the victim, the driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid.
 
The woman, whose identity was not immediately available, was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
Police are still investigating the crash and searching for the hit-and-run suspect.
