Jacqueline Morgan Dies in Multi-Car Crash on Redlands Boulevard near Ironwood Avenue

 
MORENO VALLEY, CA (December 29, 2021) — Jacqueline Morgan died days after a multi-car accident on Redlands Boulevard near Ironwood Avenue.
 
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, the multi-car crash happened on December 15 around 11:20 p.m. For unknown reasons, a wild donkey began crossing Redlands Boulevard, causing a 2013 Toyota Corolla driver to hit it. Subsequently, 52-year-old Morgan swerved her 2007 Chevy Blazer in an attempt to avoid a second crash. However, upon exiting her vehicle and standing next to the driver’s side door, an oncoming 2007 Nissan Altima struck the Moreno Valley woman and pushed her Chevy into the parked Toyota before overturning in a nearby drainage ditch.
 
Shortly after, paramedics brought Morgan to Riverside University Medical Center where she died around 9:30 p.m. Sunday. A GoFundMe page has been listed to garner help for memorial expenses. Meanwhile, the Nissan driver suffered major injuries and the Toyota driver escaped harm.
 
At this time, officers have not confirmed if DUI factors into this accident. However, an ongoing investigation continues.
