At Least One Injured in Rollover Crash 80 Freeway near Gilman Street

 
BERKELEY, CA (August 23, 2021) — At least one person sustained injuries in the rollover accident on 80 Freeway on Thursday, August 19.
 
Officers said two vehicles crashed and overturned on the westbound side of 80 Freeway near Gilman Street at around 6:00 p.m.
 
Paramedics responded to the crash site and reported injuries.
 
At around 6:11 p.m., California Highway Patrol issued a severe traffic alert. The left and center lanes of the freeway are blocked.
 
At around 7 p.m., authorities said crews cleared the scene and they had reopened all lanes.
