ARTOIS, CA (August 28, 2023) — Harjinder Singh suffered an injury in a semi-truck accident on the 5 Freeway near County Road 33.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, 59-year-old Timothy Neith slowed his southbound vehicle in the No. 2 lane at an unknown speed to yield to stopped traffic. However, 54-year-old Harjinder Singh failed to observe the traffic in front and struck Neith’s vehicle with his 2022 Kenworth.
 
Upon impact, the Kenworth veered off the road onto the right shoulder, leaving Singh with a broken leg. Neith escaped harm and ended up blocking the No. 2 lane with his disabled vehicle.
