Three-Vehicle Accident on 215 Freeway in Grand Terrace Kills Giovanni Cespedes

 
GRAND TERRACE, CA (November 9, 2021) – Giovanni Cespedes was killed in a three-vehicle accident on 215 Freeway in Grand Terrace Tuesday night last week.
 
The accident happened around 6:34 p.m. on November 2 near the Barton Road exit. According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle, a semi truck, and a white Buick Encore collided on the freeway in unclear circumstances.
 
First responders found Cespedes lying down in the third lane. The Buick ended up in the center divider, while the semi had rolled over.
 
Despite life-saving efforts, Cespedes was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a 46-year-old Santa Ana resident.
 
No other information is available at this time. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the fatal accident.
