Rollover Crash on First Street in Gilroy Leaves Four People Hurt

 
GILROY, CA (November 14, 2023) Four people were hurt in a rollover accident at First Street and Kern Street in Gilroy Monday evening on November 6.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, an SUV and a pickup truck collided for unknown reasons. The impact caused the SUV to roll over in traffic lanes.
 
Emergency crews found four patients and treated them at the scene. Two of the patients were trapped for a short time in the overturned SUV until they were freed by firefighters.
 
There were two adults in the SUV, and an adult and a juvenile in a pickup, which remained on its wheels.
 
All of the patients refused medical transport.
 
The cause of the crash and factors involved remain under investigation.
