Crash Involving Two Cars and MTA Bus on East Florence Avenue Sends 5 People to Hospital

 
FLORENCE-GRAHAM, CA (November 1, 2023) – Five people were hospitalized in a three-vehicle accident at East Florence Avenue and Compton Avenue in the unincorporated Florence-Graham area on Sunday evening.
 
The accident happened around 7:55 p.m. on October 29. According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, two white cars rear-ended an MTA bus in unclear circumstances. The second car then slammed into the back of the first car.
 
Responding firefighters said that at least five people were injured in the crash. All of them were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
 
The conditions of the injured patients were not immediately known.
 
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
