Ethan Wells, Tyler Vincent and Michael Gordon Seriously Injured in Head-On Accident on Skyway [Chico, CA]

Three People Suffer Major Injuries after Head-On Crash on Skyway near Santa Rosa Road

 
CHICO, CA (November 20, 2022) – Ethan Tyler Wells, Tyler Aaron Vincent and Michael David Gordon were seriously injured in a head-on accident in Chico Thursday on November 17.
 
The accident happened around 5:15 p.m. on Skyway near Santa Rosa Road, according to the CHP. Wells, a 20-year-old Chico resident, was driving his 2009 Hyundai Accent when for unknown reasons, his vehicle drifted over the median and into the eastbound lane.
 
The Hyundai then collided head-on with a 2019 Ford F150, driven by Gordon, a 64-year-old Magalia resident.
 
When officers arrived, they found Wells and Vincent, an 18-year-old passenger in the Hyundai from Chico, both suffering from major injuries. Gordon also suffered major injuries.
 
Paramedics transported all three patients to Enloe Medical Center for treatment.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor. The California Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the accident.
