SANTA CLARITA, CA (April 27, 2023) — A driver suffered an injury in an overturned truck accident near Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street.
 
According to reports, the two-vehicle crash happened around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. For an unknown reason, a driver of a white truck crashed into a parked truck near the Saugus Superette market and liquor store.
 
A witness who saw the crash rushed over to the trapped driver and freed the victim, who was bleeding. Arriving authorities took the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
 
Deputies from the Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station responded to tend to the victim. It appears the parked truck the driver hit belonged to the market’s owner.
