SEASIDE, CA (July 31, 2023) — Police arrested a driver involved in a hit-and-run accident at Mingo Avenue and Noche Buena Street.
 
According to Seaside police officers, the hit-and-run crash happened around 9:00 p.m. Wednesday. Inferring from Flock Camera technology, Seaside police officers were able to arrest a hit-and-run driver.
 
Moments before, the driver reportedly struck a parked vehicle at Mingo Avenue and Noche Buena Street. The driver subsequently pulled into a nearby driveway, where police arrested the suspect.
