50-Year-Old Pedestrian Dies after Struck by Vehicle on South Riverside Avenue in Rialto

 
RIALTO, CA (April 23, 2024) – David Scott Gloudeman was hit and killed by a vehicle in Rialto Thursday evening on April 11.
 
The fatal crash happened around 8:18 p.m. at 2434 South Riverside Avenue. According to the Rialto Police Department, Gloudeman was either standing or walking in the area when a vehicle struck him. The impact caused him significant injuries.
 
First responders attempted saving him, but he was pronounced dead at 8:38 p.m.
 
Gloudeman was 50 years old. His city of residence was unknown at this time.
