64-Year-Old Man Dies after Struck by Vehicle in San Bernardino

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (April 23, 2024) – Stephen Emory was killed in a pedestrian accident in San Bernardino earlier this month on April 9.
 
The fatal accident happened around 4:43 a.m. at the intersection of East 40th Street and North Harrison Street. According to the San Bernardino Police Department, Emory was crossing the intersection when a vehicle struck him.
 
As a result of the crash, Emory suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was a 64-year-old Crestline resident.
 
It was unknown if the involved driver stayed after the crash. Further investigation is underway.
