Clara Santiago Killed in Car Accident on Waterman Avenue [San Bernardino, CA]

Car Crash at Waterman Avenue and 16th Street Kills Passenger Clara Santiago

 
SAN BERNARDINO, CA (October 12, 2022) – Clara Santiago died in a car accident in San Bernardino early Saturday morning, October 8.
 
The accident happened around 2:42 a.m. at Waterman Avenue and 16th Street. According to the San Bernardino Police Department, an unknown vehicle was traveling at the intersection when it crashed.
 
First responders found Santiago suffering from significant injuries. She was a passenger in the car. They rushed her to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where she later died.
 
Santiago was 82 years old from San Bernardino.
 
The condition of the driver is not known.
 
Police are still investigating the cause of the crash and factors involved.
