SUV Hits School Bus near Dillon Road in Desert Edge Injuring One Child

 
DESERT EDGE, CA (February 21, 2024) – A child was injured in a traffic accident near Dillon Road and Corkill Road in Desert Edge on Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened just before 7:30 a.m. on February 20. According to the California Highway Patrol, a black SUV hit a school bus near the intersection.
 
CalFire and medical personnel responded to the scene, and found at least one child suffering unspecified injuries from the crash.
 
It was unclear whether the child was in the bus or the car.
