Brandon Latronica Jr. Killed in 3-Vehicle Accident on Union Avenue [Bakersfield, CA]

3 Vehicles Collide on Union Avenue in Bakersfield Killing One Driver

 
BAKERSFIELD, CA (May 22, 2023) – Brandon Jeremy Latronica Jr. was killed in a three-vehicle accident in Bakersfield Thursday morning on May 18.
 
The fatal accident happened around 10:04 a.m. on Union Avenue at East 18th Street. According to the Bakersfield Police Department, three vehicles collided in the area for unknown reasons.
 
Latronica Jr., a 23-year-old Bakersfield resident, was one of the drivers. He was rushed to Kern Medical, where he died at 2:43 p.m. that same day.
 
The occupants of the other involved cars had complaints of pain and minor injuries.
 
It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were contributing factors to this crash. Further investigation is underway.
