Motorcyclist Dies after Colliding with Vehicle near Sepulveda Boulevard in Torrance

 
TORRANCE, CA (May 22, 2023) – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident near Sepulveda Boulevard and Anza Avenue in Torrance on Wednesday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m. on May 17. According to the Torrance Police Department, the man was riding his blue 2005 Suzuki motorcycle westbound on Sepulveda near Anza when he collided with a white 1997 Mercury vehicle, driven by an 83-year-old woman.
 
The impact caused the man significant injuries. He was rushed to a hospital, where he later died. He was not yet identified.
 
Alcohol or drugs do not appear to be factors in the crash, which is still under investigation.
