Anthony Herrera III Dies in Motorcycle Accident on 10th Street [Lancaster, CA]

Anthony Herrera III Killed in Motorcycle Crash on 10th Street West and Avenue J-6

 
LANCASTER, CA (June 23, 2022) — Anthony Herrera III died Friday in a motorcycle accident on 10th Street at Avenue J-6 on Friday afternoon.
 
According to the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, Herrera died in the 5:40 p.m. crash.
 
For unknown reasons, Herrera neglected to stop behind a stopped Chevy Cruz that had slowed down due to traffic. As his motorbike drove north at a high rate of speed on 10th Street, Herrera fell off his motorcycle in a possible attempt to avoid hitting the Chevy. However, the Lancaster man struck the rear of the Chevy.
 
Due to the nature of the accident, the 31-year-old suffered fatal injuries in the crash.
 
Meanwhile, no one inside the Chevy reported any injuries.
