Andrew Boyd Detained after DUI Accident on Washington Street at Lakeville Street

 
PETALUMA, CA (May 3, 2021) — Andrew Boyd faces charges in Thursday’s DUI accident on Washington Street at Lakeville Street.
 
According to Petaluma police officers, the multi-car crash happened around 7:02 a.m. As soon as officers arrived at the scene, they found Boyd involved in two minor accidents.
 
In the investigation, police believe the 23-year-old rear-ended a car, causing minor injuries to its driver. As Boyd tried exiting his vehicle, however, another vehicle crashed into his door.
 
Shortly after, police responded and interviewed Boyd, who reportedly showed signs of intoxication. Due to his intoxicated state, officers arrested him for DUI.
