Five Vehicles Collide near Scott and Daily Roads Injuring 9 People

 
MENIFEE, CA (November 28, 2022) – Nine people were hurt in a five-vehicle accident near Scott Road and Daily Road in Menifee on Saturday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 12:15 p.m. on November 26. According to the Riverside County Fire Department, five vehicles collided near the intersection in unclear circumstances.
 
Firefighters responded and assisted a total of nine patients including five children. One of the patients required extrication.
 
Four of the patients were assessed and declined further medical care. Two were left with moderate injuries, and three patients with minor injuries were taken to a hospital.
 
The crash also damaged a power pole and Southern California Edison responded to assess the damage.
 
At this time, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
