Man Dies in Rollover Crash on 15 Freeway in Fallbrook

 
FALLBROOK, CA (February 5, 2024) — An 86-year-old man died in a rollover accident on the 15 Freeway near Old Highway 395.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the rollover crash happened around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday. Under unknown circumstances, an 18-year-old woman from Wildomar proceeded through the 15 Freeway and Old Highway 395 intersection. Subsequently, her Jaguar XF crashed into a Toyota Venza, causing it to roll over.
 
Minutes later, paramedics arrived and ushered the elderly man to a hospital where he died from his injuries. Authorities did not release his name.
