65-Year-Old Brian Mooney Struck, Killed by Driver on 10 Freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (September 28, 2023) — Brian Mooney was hit and killed by a car on the 10 Freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. Monday. For an unknown reason, 65-year-old Mooney, described as a homeless man, was on the 10 Freeway when a driver struck him.
 
Mooney suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Soon after, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner responded to assist with the body.
