GARDENA, CA (February 14, 2023) — Roughly 5 cars, including a cement truck, crashed on the 405 Freeway near Normandie Avenue.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 10:00 p.m. Sunday. For unknown reasons, five cars, including a cement truck, crashed on the 405 Freeway. As a result, two cars flipped onto their sides, and one of the vehicles began leaking diesel fuel.
 
Authorities had to close the No. 2, 3 and 4 southbound lanes.
