3 Hospitalized, Unlicensed Motorists Crashes Into Subway and House on Saticoy Street in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 22, 2024) — Three people suffered serious injuries after an unlicensed driver crashed into a Subway and a home at Saticoy Street near Sepulveda Boulevard.
 
According to reports, the single-car crash happened around 10:30 p.m. Friday. For an unknown reason, a 15-year-old unlicensed and uninsured driver lost control of a vehicle at a high rate of speed. Subsequently, the car crashed through a Subway restaurant’s outdoor seating before hitting a BMW sedan and flipping over onto four other vehicles.
 
Minutes later, police and paramedics arrived and took two teen victims to a hospital in critical condition. A 15-year-old was believed to be the unlicensed and uninsured motorist behind the wheel. Due to the crash, Los Angeles police closed the area to investigate the accident and clear the scene.
