3 Hurt in Bell Gardens Suspected DUI Crash on 710 Freeway

 
BELL GARDENS, CA (August 31, 2021) — Three people were injured in a suspected DUI accident on the 710 Freeway near Florence Avenue.
 
According to reports, the crash happened near the East Florence Avenue exit. For DUI-related reasons, a woman in a white sedan plowed into the back of a CHP patrol vehicle. As a result, three people, including the officer, suffered unknown injuries.
 
In the investigation, officers learned that the female driver of the white sedan might have been under the influence at the time. Although, the crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
