3 Hurt, Multi-Car Crash at Peach Avenue in Fresno

 
FRESNO, CA (October 31, 2023) — Three people were injured in a multi-car accident at Peach Avenue and Olive Avenue on Friday.
 
According to the Fresno Police Department, the multi-vehicle crash happened before 10:49 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a driver committed a minor traffic violation. Subsequently, an officer entered a vehicle in an attempt to stop the car before it took off. However, the suspect reportedly ran a red traffic light at the intersection and struck two other vehicles.
 
The suspect suffered moderate injuries to the leg and sought hospital care. Meanwhile, the two other drivers reported minor injuries.
 
As a result of the crash, police officers closed the intersection to investigate the details and arrest the suspect.
