3 Hospitalized After Multiple Cars Collided on 5 Freeway in Valencia

VALENCIA, CA (May 6, 2024) — Three people were injured in a multi-car accident on the 5 Freeway near Highway 126.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-car crash happened around 12:40 p.m. Thursday. For an unknown reason, several vehicles crashed, including a silver SUV and a red vehicle, south of Highway 126 in Valencia. Subsequently, firefighter-paramedics arrived on the northbound 5 Freeway to assist the injured, finding two people trapped in one car.
 
As a result of the accident, three people suffered a range of injuries and required hospital care.
