LAPD Officers Hospitalized after Multi-Vehicle Accident on Roscoe Boulevard in Canoga Park
CANOGA PARK, CA (August 10, 2021) – Two Los Angeles police officers sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Roscoe Boulevard, Friday afternoon.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened on August 6, at about 3:20 p.m. For unknown reasons, the officers became involved in a collision in the area of Roscoe Boulevard and De Soto Avenue.
Emergency crews transported the officers to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries. At least two other people were evaluated at the scene but declined hospitalization.
Investigators did not immediately disclose the number of vehicles involved.
LAPD continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Authorities will release additional information once it becomes available.
