OAKLAND, CA (February 15, 2024) — James Jackson suffered broken bones in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near International Boulevard and 40th Avenue.
 
According to Oakland police officers, the hit-and-run pedestrian accident happened on Tuesday around 8:05 a.m. For unknown reasons, a driver of a white vehicle struck 18-year-old Jackson on his way to school.
