AUBURN, CA (April 28, 2023) — An 18-month-old was hit and injured by a moving car at a parking lot on Wall Street near Palm Avenue.
 
According to Auburn Police, the tragic incident happened Wednesday evening. Under unclear circumstances, an 18-month-old either fell out of the moving vehicle or was wandering outside when the car began rolling away.
