15-Year-Old James Rabara Dies in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Crash on Highway 12 at Emperor Drive

 
SUISUN CITY, CA (May 17, 2022) — James Rabara died in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on Highway 12 at Emperor Drive on Saturday.
 
According to the Suisun City Police Department, police were dispatched to the scene around 2:15 a.m. Upon arriving, they found 15-year-old Rabara with major injuries.
 
However, despite having received life-saving efforts, the teen succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
 
According to police, the driver reportedly left the scene after striking Rabara. However, information related to the incident and the driver requires additional investigation.
