14-Year-Old Girl Hurt in Bicycle Crash on Pourroy Road in Riverside County
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (May 17, 2023) — A 14-year-old girl was injured in a bicycle accident on Pourroy Road near Auld Road.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the bicycle accident happened around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. A 14-year-old girl from French Valley was riding her bike in an unknown direction when a driver of a Dodge Ram struck her. Due to the impact, the teen was ejected onto the pavement and suffered major injuries.
Following the crash, the driver pulled over, stopped and called officers and sheriff’s deputies. Upon arriving, paramedics rendered emergency treatment to the girl before airlifting her to a regional trauma center.
