ROWLAND HEIGHTS, CA (February 26, 2024) — One person suffered severe injuries in a pedestrian accident at Jellick Avenue and Colima Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the pedestrian accident happened around 4:16 p.m. Saturday. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a pedestrian on the roadway in Rowland Heights. Subsequently, CHP officers responded to the unincorporated area of San Gabriel Valley to find the victim seeking medical attention. Due to the person’s condition, paramedics transported the patient to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center with major injuries.
