MONTEREY COUNTY, CA (August 3, 2023) — One person suffered serious injuries in a multi-car accident on Salinas Road near Hillcrest Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the multi-vehicle collision happened around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a driver veered from the westbound to the eastbound lane and hit three vehicles.
