SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 5, 2024) — A person was injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident at Steiner Street and Fulton Street.
 
According to San Francisco police, the pedestrian accident happened around 9:43 a.m. Wednesday. For an unknown reason, a driver struck a person near Alamo Square. However, instead of helping, the motorist fled the scene, abandoning the victim with unknown injuries.
 
Soon after, San Francisco Police officers arrived and found no sign of the driver. Due to the victim’s condition, paramedics brought the individual to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
