1 Fatally Struck by Coaster Train near Kurtz Street in San Diego

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (November 30, 2023) — One person hit by a coaster train near Kurtz Street and Noell Street Wednesday evening died.
 
According to reports, the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 7:53 p.m. Under unclear circumstances, a man was hit by the coaster train between the Old Town Station and Santa Fe Depot.
 
As a result, the victim suffered fatal injuries. However, authorities have not yet released his name.
 
Following the crash, the San Diego Sheriff’s Department investigated the scene but has yet to release details on the events before the crash.
