1 Person Killed, 2-Car Accident on Highway 101 in Studio City

 
STUDIO CITY, CA (February 27, 2023) — One person died in a 2-car crash on Highway 101 near Laurel Canyon Boulevard.
 
According to authorities, the fatal two-vehicle collision happened around 2:45 a.m. Sunday. Under unclear circumstances, two vehicles collided at the Laurel Canyon Boulevard exit.
 
One person died in the accident and another one suffered unknown injuries and was later brought to a hospital by the Los Angeles Fire Department.
 
Reports did not specify the condition of the surviving patient or the cause of the accident. If anyone has more information to add, please call the CHP.
