1 Person Killed, Several Hospitalized in Multi-Car Crash on 10 Freeway in Upland

 
UPLAND, CA (June 26, 2023) — One person died, and several others required hospital care in a multi-car accident on the 10 Freeway near Euclid Avenue.
 
According to reports, the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the accident around 8:30 p.m. Sunday. They found 10 cars involved in the crash and some people requiring extrication from their cars.
 
Upon arrival, police learned that multiple vehicles crashed on the westbound lanes. As a result, one car traveled into the eastbound side of the freeway. That person in the overturned vehicle died later. Authorities have not released the person’s name.
 
Several others were injured, including children. Following the crash, paramedics brought three people to a hospital, including one with life-threatening injuries.
