DUI Leads to Fatal Three-Vehicle Crash on North Corbin Avenue in Winnetka

 
WINNETKA, CA (November 21, 2022) – One person died and six other people were injured in a DUI three-vehicle accident on North Corbin Avenue in Winnetka on Saturday evening.
 
The accident happened around 7:45 p.m. on November 19, near the intersection with Roscoe Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, a white four-door sedan, a red four-door sedan and a silver four-door sedan collided. The impact caused the silver sedan to overturn on its roof.
 
When officers arrived, they pronounced one person dead at the scene. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
Six other people suffered unspecified injuries and were taken to hospitals.
 
Police indicated that the crash was a result of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Further investigation is underway.
