Head-On Crash on Carbon Canyon Road in Brea Leaves 1 Dead

 
BREA, CA (March 22, 2023) – One person died and two other people were injured in a head-on accident on Carbon Canyon Road in Brea Monday evening on March 20.
 
The accident happened around 8:01 p.m. just east of Olinda Village. According to the Brea Police Department, two vehicles collided head-on for unknown reasons.
 
As a result, one of the drivers suffered major injuries and died at the scene.
 
The driver and a passenger in the other vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to two hospitals for treatment.
 
The department’s Traffic Division is still investigating the cause of the crash. They asked anyone with further information to call Sgt. Edgar Padilla at 714-671-4475.
