Fatal 8-Car Crash on 105 Freeway in South Los Angeles

 
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (September 23, 2022)— One person died in an 8-car accident on the 105 Freeway near the 110 Freeway on Thursday.
 
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the multi-vehicle crash happened around 7:30 a.m. For unknown reasons, at least eight cars crashed on the 105 Freeway.
 
One person died in the accident. However, authorities have not released the person’s name.
 
Six other people sustained injuries. Responding officers and paramedics tended to the patients and assessed the scene immediately which drew traffic for commuters.
 
At this time, the reason for the crash is not available. However, anyone with more information on this accident should contact the Los Angeles police.
