Tarisha Case Charged, Liselle Puentes, Jasmine Moncada Hospitalized in DUI Crash on Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa

 
NAPA COUNTY, CA (August 4, 2022) — 19-year-old Tarisha Melody Case of Suisun City faces charges in a DUI accident on Highway 128 near Lake Berryessa on Saturday.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the single-car accident happened around 10:30 p.m. For DUI-related reasons, Case lost control of her 2011 Volkswagen CC. As a result, her vehicle veered off the roadway and overturned.
 
Shortly after, firefighter-paramedics arrived at the scene and found Case and two of her 18-year-old passengers with moderate injuries.
 
As paramedics airlifted Liselle Puentes — one passenger — to Kaiser Vacaville with critical injuries, another team brought Jasmine Moncada to the same hospital but by ground ambulance.
 
Following the investigation, officers arrested Case on suspicion of DUI after she received treatment at Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center.
