Early Morning Semi Truck Accident on 15 Freeway in San Bernardino Ends in Fatality

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (October 13, 2021) – At least one person died in semi truck accident on 15 Freeway early Tuesday morning.
 
The accident happened around 2:50 a.m. on October 12, near Wild Wash Road. According to the California Highway Patrol, the semi truck ran over a four-door sedan along the southbound lanes of the freeway. After the initial crash, a third vehicle got involved.
 
First responders confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the accident. The identity of the victim was not immediately available.
 
At this time, CHP officials are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
