POMONA, CA (February 14, 2021) – Police confirmed that crews sent a male pedestrian to the hospital following a hit-and-run on Holt Avenue on February 8.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened on Holt Avenue at San Antonio Avenue.
 
Based on a report, an unidentified vehicle hit the man. Subsequently, the driver left the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Officers from Pomona Police and Los Angeles County Fire Department found the patient down in the road. However, they did not release the details that led to the crash.
 
As a result, crews transported the victim to Pomona Valley Hospital.  At this point, they have not released the man’s condition.
 
This hit-and-run on Holt Avenue is still under investigation by the Pomona Police Department. At this time, no other details are available.
