Zhang Xiaoming, Li Zhi Hospitalized in Deadly Head-On Crash on Highway 395 near Milford Street

 
SUSANVILLE, CA (September 16, 2022) — Zhang Xiaoming and Li Zhi were injured in a fatal head-on accident on Highway 395 near Milford Street.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal two-vehicle collision occurred around 9:00 p.m. on Friday. Moments prior to the crash, officers received reports about a reckless driver on the highway.
 
Soon after, that same vehicle crashed head-on with another.
 
For unknown reasons, the reckless driver in the Nissan veered into the northbound lane and crashed head-on into a Tesla.
 
Emergency personnel responded and found several parties with major injuries including California residents Xiaoming and Zhi.
 
Paramedics also found the driver of the Nissan who was not wearing a seat belt with fatal injuries at the scene. Authorities have withheld his name pending notification of family members.
