Pedesrian Dies after Stuck by Van on 91 Freeway in Anaheim

 
ANAHEIM, CA (March 30, 2022) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian accident on 91 Freeway in Anaheim on Sunday afternoon.
 
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. on March 27 along the westbound 91 Freeway at Euclid Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, the female pedestrian was running in lanes when a white Toyota Sienna struck her.
 
As a result, the woman suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. She was not yet identified.
 
It is unclear if the involved driver has stayed after the crash. It is also unknown if drugs or alcohol was a factor.
 
CHP officials are still investigating the circumstances of this fatality.
