Woman Killed, Man Critical in Possible Street Racing Crash at Holt Avenue and Clark Avenue [Pomona, CA]

Possible Street Racing Crash on Holt Avenue in Pomona Kills 1 and Leaves Another in Critical Condition

 
POMONA, CA (April 28, 2023) – A woman was killed and a man was critical after a possible street racing crash at Holt Avenue and Clark Avenue in Pomona late Wednesday evening.
 
The fatal crash happened around 11:49 p.m. on April 26. According to the Pomona Police Department, the man was driving a sedan and may have been racing with another sedan when the two cars collided.
 
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel arrived and provided aid the male driver and his female passenger. However, the passenger did not survive and died at the scene. The driver was eventually transported to a hospital in critical condition.
 
The driver of the other sedan was not injured.
