Car Involved in Fatal Accident on 10 Freeway in Los Angeles

 
LOS ANGELES, CA (August 16, 2021) – Police confirmed that a woman died in a car accident on 10 Freeway on August 11.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened near Center Street at approximately 5:00 PM.
 
Based on reports, the victim was driving a 2019 Honda CR-V in the express lanes at the time of the crash. Due to unknown reasons, her vehicle crashed into the right shoulder wall. Then, it hit the left shoulder wall.
 
As a result, the victim died in the incident. Officials only identified her as a 64-year-old woman from Covina. Her name was withheld, pending notification of her relatives.
 
At this point, the circumstances of the crash are still unknown. Also, this accident on 10 Freeway is still under investigation by the CHP.
