Woman Hospitalized in Pedestrian Crash at Laguna Street in San Francisco

 
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (May 25, 2023) — A woman was injured in a pedestrian accident at Laguna Street and Francisco Street.
 
According to the San Francisco Police Department, the pedestrian crash happened Wednesday afternoon in the Marina District of San Francisco. Under unclear circumstances, a driver struck a female pedestrian at the intersection. San Francisco police officers arrived at the scene and found the unidentified woman on the street, unconscious and with significant injuries.
 
Paramedics arrived minutes later and shuttled the victim to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
As for the driver, that individual stayed at the scene and cooperated with police investigators. However, officers did not report on the ultimate cause.
